Established in 2011, The Point Tavern isn’t your average neighborhood bar. Located in the Historic Fox Point neighborhood in Providence, RI. A neighborhood rooted in hardworking blue collar labor, strong family ties, ethnic diversity, and the ultimate pursuit of the American Dream. A historic port neighborhood which was the lifeline of the city and beyond.

Located on Wickenden St, the location has long been a barroom, most notably, ‘Babe’s On The Sunny Side’, serving as a meeting place and retreat for the longshoremen and blue collar workers of the neighborhood. The Point Tavern aims to provide the same experience for the residents of the neighborhood and beyond. While the demographic has changed, the Fox Point Pride remains the same.
